The blue Jeep’s radio clicked on first.
Static. Then laughter.
The black Jeep answered with its lights flashing in Morse codeS O S.
But when help arrived, there were no footprints, no keys, no warmth left in the engines.
Just two Jeeps still tuned to a channel that no longer exists.
