2025 was a year of healing for me.
2024 pushed me so hard that I am still shocked I survived 😅 A year ago, I came back to my hometown from Canada with no energy, money, or hope - absolutely exhausted and heartbroken. I tried so many times to build my life abroad the way I wanted, but it didn’t work out, and I was worried that I wouldn’t have the mental strength to try again.

I had just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder type I and had no idea how to build my life with it. I had (and still have) side effects from my medication and no idea how to deal with them (hello, new 20 kg!!!).

I had zero friends in my town, was lonely, and the only thing that held me together was the endless love and support of my parents.

Then 2025 started.

I found a new job, saved money, pushed myself to go out every day even while living in my small hometown, found a doctor in Ukraine, painted a lot, found a new place to live, moved abroad for the 4th (!!!) time in my life, pushed myself to attend events every week, made new friends, started seeing my old friends and my sister and niece, started not just doing stand-up comedy again but doing it regularly, began working with doctors on medication side effects, and started dreaming and building plans again.
