Summer in Lisbon is a blessing 💛💋 by @hello_ruslana

Sometimes I ask myself why do I post in instagram. And sometimes I don’t have answers. But also, there are days like this. When a friend that I haven’t seen in 7 years texted me “hey, I saw in your stories that you are on Mallorca, I gonna be there in few days, wanna go to the mountain to see sunrise together?”🙈

It was very beautiful morning and very nice ending of my trip 🫶🏻 by @hello_ruslana

Last year I was feeling guilty that I didn’t organise proper sea vacation for myself, because I wanted it and I needed it. This year I knew that no matter what - I am going to the Mediterranean 😁 That’s completely new experience for me, because to this vacation I went completely alone and most of the time I was just by myself surrounded by happy couples and families. I am very happy that I did it, because it was totally worth it!🫶🏻 by @hello_ruslana

In May I had one more work trip to our office in Warsaw to celebrate our company’s anniversary. Some absolute random pics from this trip 🫶🏻 by @hello_ruslana

Believe in your dreams!!! by @hello_ruslana

According to men, this is my typical feminist dinner. I ate lots of raw meat and fish (like it if you’re a big fan of carpaccio and ceviche as well). Happy Friday, everybody! by @hello_ruslana

Can’t stress enough how much I love doing comedy and how much I love comedy community in Lisbon, specially people who make it grow and develop, so I can perform with wonderful comedians who inspire me. For last few months I am trying to perform at least two times per week (this week was three!!).
Hope me and you will live to the moment when I will record my sets and publish here 😁

@thejoanamendes thank you for photo❤️ by @hello_ruslana

2025 was a year of healing for me.
2024 pushed me so hard that I am still shocked I survived 😅 A year ago, I came back to my hometown from Canada with no energy, money, or hope - absolutely exhausted and heartbroken. I tried so many times to build my life abroad the way I wanted, but it didn’t work out, and I was worried that I wouldn’t have the mental strength to try again.

I had just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder type I and had no idea how to build my life with it. I had (and still have) side effects from my medication and no idea how to deal with them (hello, new 20 kg!!!).

I had zero friends in my town, was lonely, and the only thing that held me together was the endless love and support of my parents.

Then 2025 started.

I found a new job, saved money, pushed myself to go out every day even while living in my small hometown, found a doctor in Ukraine, painted a lot, found a new place to live, moved abroad for the 4th (!!!) time in my life, pushed myself to attend events every week, made new friends, started seeing my old friends and my sister and niece, started not just doing stand-up comedy again but doing it regularly, began working with doctors on medication side effects, and started dreaming and building plans again.

Nice year! by @hello_ruslana

Summer 2025 photo boom.

Moved abroad for 4th time in my life, was swimming in the ocean, going out to events, standup shows, cinema and coffee with nice people, ate 101 watermelon, cooked delicious food, met lots of new people from very different countries and solved many problems.
It was nice, but thanks god here summer is until 21th of September, so we still have some time to enjoy it 🧚‍♀️

Thankful to me, life, and people around!💕 by @hello_ruslana
