Comment “details” and I’ll send you the link to my new 6 week challenge: ✨The Lean Transformation! ✨ My program combines mobility, flexibility, Quick Minutes and strength training, plus a complete 6 week meal plan. ✨ Available to all levels ✨ Women are joining every day ✨ Dumbbells & Booty Bands ✨ This program never expires ✨ You can use it over & over ✨ Private supportive community ✨ One time payment And in the meantime here are 3 mobility moves I do every day to stay flexible, move well, and keep my hips happy. 1. Wall stretch: ➡️ Hold for 30 seconds ➡️ Add reach over 10x 2. Forward fold 3. Deep squat for 1 min Nothing fancy. Just simple, consistent mobility that helps open tight hips, ease low back pain and bring more fluidity into the body.
