Italian Specialty Catering•Charcuterie Classes

Prosciutto is so much more than a food experience. This journey gave me dreams I never thought I’d be able to visualize and somehow keep achieving the ones meant for me. Countless days spent contemplating this decision , failing time & time again, coming across people that don’t have the best intentions…the list goes on & on… but these moments have shown me not every path that approaches is meant for us.

To my best friends & family- thank you for the late nights, the loading and unloading, the tears, the laughs, and the unconditional support. I truly couldn’t do this without you. You know who you are 🌍

And to everyone who orders, supports, and believes in me—thank you for choosing me. Thank you for trusting Prosciutto 🤌🏼 I say it every year, but I mean it more than ever, this is only the beginning.

So grateful I found this piece of myself… and even more grateful I get to share it with you. 🤍✨
