Happy New Year family and friends! It's been a tough year but it was nice to reflect back and see that I also found moments of joy. Praying that we can all find more joy and more peace in 2026.

To my friend, my sister and soulmate, I wish we could go for one more run. I wish you could get mad at me one more time for leaving the key in the door. I wish I can give you one more hug. I wish we could stay up late one more time for endless chats and laughs. I wish I could help you out of your shoe one more time after a hard tracksession. At first I didn’t know what to write and if I wanted to write anything. A lot of things have been said already and they make me cry and smile at the same time. It does show what you meant to people whilst being so humble about that. Your legacy will be lived on. You showed me what kindness is and how you have to make time for everybody. From the young kid that looks up to you, to the older people that needed a ride to a pharmacy. You gave me a second family and a second home and I will be forever grateful of that. You gathered so many amazing people around you from different parts of your life and you would have been so happy to see us all sit together having a drink at the GA club yesterday. You always called it luck that we have met each other, but after all those years of having a deep rooted friendship I think it was destiny. It hurts to think about the future but I know you will be there every step of the way. Love to the moon and back ❤️
