1 week before the babies โžก๏ธ 1 week after the babies ๐Ÿค The first week postpartum has been a crazy, wonderful blur, and all the days are starting to blend together! Turns out thereโ€™s no easy way to get 4 babies out, so I needed a couple of extra days in the hospital to recover. Iโ€™m also temporarily on medication for high blood pressure. Swelling was one of the most uncomfortable parts of the last month of pregnancy, and itโ€™s finally starting to go down! Still swollen, but NOTHING like before. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Reasons Iโ€™ve cried this past weekโ€ฆ โ€ข Because I love them so much โ€ข Because theyโ€™re so cute โ€ข Leaving the hospital โ€ข Going to the hospital โ€ข Because our doctor sent us a nice text โ€ข Because the wind blew ๐Ÿ˜‚ Postpartum emotions are WILD. ๐Ÿฅน We are so blessed and so grateful for these four little miracles. ๐Ÿค #postpartum #quadruplets #thedubsquads #nicu #beforeandafter

I've been wanting to show you this outfit since the beginning of the year, and I can honestly say it's one of the creations I'm proudest of ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ”ฅ This was without a doubt one of my most ambitious and creatively challenging projects to date. Getting the sheer volume, shape and length of that dramatic batwing leather train was no easy task. The entire pattern was drafted completely by hand, from scratch. Something I really want to emphasise is that everything I create starts from a roll of fabric. No pre-existing garments, no shortcuts. Every single piece is built from the ground up. Every flame was hand-painted, every bead hand-sewn, every stone individually set, and every stud and piece of hardware carefully sourced and applied. So many hours of work went into bringing this vision to life. It's pieces like this that remind me why I love what I do. Pushing myself creatively, figuring out how to make the seemingly impossible work, and seeing it all come together in the end. I really hope this outfit gets the love it deserves, because it holds a very special place in my heart. And I absolutely cannot wait to create more magic for Stephanie in the future ๐Ÿ–ค
