My twelfth (!) #AWSreinvent was last week and it was grand. I am authentically so proud of what we do for our customers and the whole world — plus, Apple’s VP of services engineering got on stage and told everyone that a big chunk of iCloud is powered by our magical computers & services. I’ve given almost seven years of my (professional?) life in service of that particular customer and on behalf of the hundreds of us who’ve directly handled them, I can tell you that it’s a thrilling privilege & pleasure to obsess over such an exceptional customer.
