a carousel from our first family trip plus a few of my favorite photos of you🩵 happy birthday my love. your heart continues to amaze me. the way you love us is something I could have only dreamt of having. Our protector, the life of every party, the only person who could make me dance in the kitchen at 7am before my coffee, our biggest cheerleader, the most loyal sports fan (to a fault 😂🐬), and the reason I was able to make it through the most difficult time in my life. Thank you for never giving up on us, for fighting for our family, and for showing me just how strong I can be. You are the definition of why it matters who you marry. I love you so much honey. I already know this is going to be your best year yet!!🥳🙏🏼🩵
All eyes on Tanya Hope Puravankara as she steps out in style, keeping it classy and glamorous! 😍✨ @hope.tanya

This is what the occupation does to children!! Abood is 14 years old, the younger brother of two of our The Sameer Project team members. He has Type 1 diabetes. A condition that is manageable with insulin, but without it, he risks slipping into a diabetic coma and dying. In August 2026, the International Diabetes Federation reported that insulin pens remained largely unavailable through Gaza's public healthcare system. In September, the UN confirmed severe shortages of insulin for Type 1 diabetics. The Israeli military occupation restrictions and delays on medical supplies continue to put lives at risk. Insulin. For children. Medicine they need just to stay alive. Why should a 14 year old boy have to fight for access to medication that should be readily available? Why should his family fear that a treatable condition could become a death sentence? This is the reality of Gaza's children after three years of genocide. Even survival has been made a struggle. Abood deserves to live. Every child in Gaza does. We ask you to pray for Abood, for all these children unnecessarily in pain and suffering due to the occupation’s cruel and arbitrary restrictions of medication. As our team - every doctor, nurse; those inside Gaza and abroad - try to search for the type of insulin Abood needs we need your support to purchase medication in bulk when it becomes available. Support medical cases in Gaza by donation to The Sameer Project’s Medical Camapaign.
