When your physique doesn’t reflect the effort you put in- this is when the Off Season gets hard. Being deep in the off season ( or muscle building phase) it’s easy to start questioning yourself, your approach, intensity of your training, nutrition and the entire game plan, because visual changes are minimal to none for weeks. That doesn’t mean your plan is wrong or that you aren’t working hard enough. It’s simply part of it. Building muscle takes a lot longer, requires consistency doing the same “boring” stuff on a daily basis, but without going through it- you won’t transform your physique. This is what i’m fighting right now- wanting to start dieting sooner, but i won’t, because i know the plan and i want to be proud of my progress in the end😏🫡 BE PATIENT! 📍 If you need help with your Fitness goals - message me word: “COACH” 💪🏼🧚🏻‍♀️ Fit @teveo | LAURA 🦌 #teveo #bambidots #gymwear #gymleggings #fitmodel
