Fall doesn’t mean the end of summer

It means a season of new beginnings

and a chance to keep playing in the rain

پاییز به معنای پایان تابستان نیست

به معنای فصل شروع های جدید

و فرصتی برای ادامه بازی در بارونه

Trash talking has been a major part of competitive gaming for decades, becoming especially prominent during the rise of online multiplayer in the 2000s. Games like Halo 2, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Gears of War, and Modern Warfare 2 helped establish a culture where players regularly exchanged insults, challenged opponents, and celebrated victories through voice chat. Xbox Live, introduced in 2002, played a major role in popularizing this behavior, allowing complete strangers to communicate directly during matches. Pre-game lobbies, proximity chat, and post-match conversations became just as memorable as the gameplay itself. As competitive gaming expanded into esports, streaming, and ranked multiplayer, trash talking became an established part of gaming culture. Players used it to intimidate opponents, create rivalries, and entertain teammates, although the behavior frequently crossed into harassment and personal attacks. Modern games have introduced stricter communication policies, automated moderation, and reporting systems to address abusive behavior. Despite these changes, trash talking remains deeply embedded in online gaming, particularly in competitive communities where rivalries and heated exchanges have become part of the experience.
some recent flics ☀️☀️
Comment BACKDAY and I'll DM you my full back day, free. It's the exact back day out of my HC Gives You Wings program, and a chest supported machine row is exercise 2 on the list. Derek wanted to know what I'm thinking about when I row for more lats. I'm not thinking back. Think back and it ends up as more rear delt. I'm thinking down and around. Before the rep even starts, pull the lats down. Keep them down as you stretch out, and keep them down as you pull. Then finish like you're trying to wrap your elbows around toward the base of your hips. That keeps the upper arm tucked tight at your side the whole way. Two things so nobody gets the wrong idea. It's a bias, not a switch: your whole upper back is still working on any row, and I'm not trying to keep it out of it. And where you finish is going to look a little different for everybody. Derek's lats are so big that his version is just "pull until your triceps smash into your lats." Mr. Olympia problems. Comment BACKDAY, the workout hits your DMs, and ask me your back training questions below. I'll answer them.
