Most people see a smoothie. I see a whole lot of plant compounds worth knowing about.

Swipe through and take a closer look at what’s in that glass. You might never look at your smoothie the same way again.

Want to learn more? Comment COMPOUNDS and I’ll send you my free ebook covering 12 plant compounds, their potential anticancer benefits, how to use them, and links to the research studies (only available until Oct. 23).

Do you think they can? 👇🏼

The photo asks the classic romantic riddle on a notepad, do you really need more than one? The image leaves it open handed and smiling, like a test that doubles as a conversation starter.

Below the picture someone replied with a line that flips the question into something softer. They suggest that for some men, one girl becomes enough because the memory of her can last a lifetime. That turns the riddle into a meditation on memory, longing, and what we keep when people are gone from our lives.

It is both a cheeky social media challenge and a quiet reminder that love can look different for everyone. For some it is many short chapters, for others a single chapter that echoes forever. No single answer fits every story, but the question does spark a lot of honest reflection.

So what do you think? Is the point romantic constancy, or the power of a single memory to shape a life? Either way, it is a neat little prompt to ask, remember, and maybe write your own answer. ❤️
