2025 World No Gi Master 5 Lightweight champ!! And to think I was considering not competing. I was really in my head because I was dealing with some set backs and wasn’t able to prepare the way I wanted. Thankfully @jujujitsu gave me the pep talk I needed. Grateful for him and @wiserooster for the top notch instruction. We have all we need @jiujitsu967 !!! Landing there has been the best thing that has happened to me since moving to Kauai. My teammates at 967 have taken great care of me and welcomed me like a brother. And a big shoutout to the homie @russellmats15 for putting me through the wringer leading up to this comp. Those Sunday sessions paid off!! Lastly, no way I could do this without the support of my wife @my_coffeeandwine She was probably more excited for this victory than I was.
