Presented my first runway look 🥀

I created this corset using an embroidered brocade that I sourced from the little streets of Bourj Hammoud, where my mother would spend her weekends during her teenage years. When I was there, I became inspired by Lebanese/Armenian craftsmanship, by the vibrant flowers that run the streets and highways of Beyrouth, the fragrance of rose water in every household. I was hit by an overwhelming sentiment of nostalgia & melancholia, so I transmitted those feelings into a creation
