If I was a color… well, you get the idea🩵 what color you’d be?

Olivier Giroud is back at the Emirates tonight 😇

9 courses. 0 regrets. 0 rupees paid. 😃

3rd time at Avartana, ITC Grand Chola (ranked as one of Asia’s best restaurants). 1st time I was greedy and did 13 courses, almost had to be rolled out of the restaurant.

I think 9 courses is the sweet spot (if you starve yourself all day lol).

The rasam in a martini glass is everything I dream of. I had 4 glasses, don’t judge. Also the pumpkin dumpling and that cauliflower crunch >>>

And they surprised us with an idli-coffee dessert at the end and made us guess what it was (we literally thought it was red velvet and custard 😅😭)

Bill: ₹8,496
What I actually paid: ₹0 thanks to hoarding Club ITC points
(the last dessert and the espresso martinis were on the house because we were celebrating our anniversary 🥹🫶🏻)

Literally drove down just for this and would do it again to eat here a fourth time.

Would you do 9 courses or 13 (they also have 7 and 11 courses)? 👇🏻

Am I obsessed with this one anyway? Absolutely🤩 DJI Osmo Pocket 4p is finally here🎬✨

What should I film first? 👇

Your brain can keep you trapped in a trauma bond by separating the good memories from the painful ones.

This psychological mechanism is called splitting.

You hold onto the loving moments, the kindness, and the person you believed the narcissist was. Meanwhile, the cruelty, manipulation, and painful experiences get pushed into a separate compartment.

This keeps the narcissistic shared fantasy alive and makes it incredibly difficult to see the relationship clearly.
The key to dissolving a trauma bond is integrating these memories so you can finally see the whole experience for what it was.
