🔷When facial tissue planes become stuck together like the pages of a book.

During a roundtable discussion at SCALE 2026, three plastic surgeons shared their experiences with facelift surgery in patients previously treated with biostimulators such as PLLA and CaHA.

They described how tissue planes that normally separate easily with minimal bleeding may become adherent⁩

💞 THE LOVERS: the heart already chose

If you paused here, your heart is torn between what feels right and what feels safe. There’s a person, or a path, you keep circling. Your mind lists reasons for both sides. Think about how you feel the moment you picture each one. One of them makes your chest tighten, and the other lets you breathe. You’ve been calling that confusion, but it’s your answer. You’re afraid to say it out loud because choosing means someone might be disappointed, including you. Soon a small moment will make it obvious, a message, a look, or a feeling you can’t ignore. When it happens, don’t argue with it. Your heart isn’t confused. It’s waiting for you to agree with it.

💔 THREE OF SWORDS: the truth you’ve been avoiding

If you paused here, part of you already senses something hurts. You’ve been telling yourself things are fine, or that it’ll get better if you give it more time. Deep down you know a pattern is repeating, or that someone isn’t giving back what you give. Facing it means feeling the pain you’ve been postponing. So you’ve stayed in the half-light of “maybe.” Clarity is coming, and it won’t be gentle. A sentence, a silence, or a moment that finally says what you already knew. It will hurt, but only once. After that you won’t spend months guessing. The truth cuts less than the waiting does. Drop a ❤️ if it resonates #zodiacsigns #zodiac #astrology #astro #traveller
