SECRET SANTA BENTO BOX 🍱🎅🏻🎄✨

This year, I wanted my Secret Santa gift to feel intentional—something handmade, festive, and thoughtfully packed. 🥰🎁
So I filled a bento box from @shareyourbasil with the sweetest homemade Christmas treats ⛄️🎄

🍓 Strawberry Santa Hats

Ingredients:
• Fresh strawberries
• Mozzarella cheese

Method:
Trim the tops of the strawberries.
Insert a disc of mozzarella onto a toothpick, followed by the strawberry. Finish with a tiny dot of mozzarella on top to create the Santa hat look.

⛄ Snowman Truffles

Ingredients:
• Leftover cake (from the bento cake)
• White chocolate ganache or whipped cream

Method:
Crumble the cake and bind it with ganache
or whipped cream.
Roll into small balls and chill.
Dip in melted white chocolate and decorate to look like little snowmen.

🎂 Christmas Tree Bento Cake

Ingredients:
• Chocolate sponge
• Chocolate hazelnut ganache
• Whipped cream (red & green)
• Sprinkles

Method:
Layer the chocolate sponge with chocolate hazelnut ganache.
Frost the cake with red whipped cream.
Pipe a mini Christmas tree on top using green whipped cream and finish with sprinkles.
