Happy 19th birthday to the one who made me a mom! Nolan is our adventurous, thrill loving kid {can I even call him that anymore?! 🥹} who has never met a stranger. too many posts telling people they will look like a VS model if they do “x” workout. They are models for a reason. They already have that body type to begin with. There are SO many things you can do to change your body. But adding length to your limbs isn’t one of them. btw I know a lot those models work their asses off in the gym so this in no way diminishing their work. if people in the fitness industry wanted to market programs ethically they can say “work out LIKE a VS model” not “do this workout to LOOK like a VS model”. hopping off my soapbox now.
