LONG POST..
Grateful to have made it through this year.
30 was a big milestone for me not just because of the number, but because of everything it came with.
I’m the kind of person who pours into everyone. I check in, I show up, I make sure the people I love are okay even when I’m not. And because of that, a lot of people never see when I’m struggling. They just see the version of me that keeps going.
2024 was one of the hardest years of my life not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. I learned some very hard lessons. It forced me to sit with disappointment, change, and uncertainty in ways I never had before. There were moments that tested my confidence, my strength, and my faith but they also taught me resilience, clarity, and self-awareness. I didn’t come out unchanged, but I came out wiser.
That year poured into 2025. I realized I wasn’t taking care of myself or putting myself first, so I made a conscious decision to try. I started moving my body, changing my habits, and rebuilding my confidence. I lost weight, gained some back, questioned myself, and learned that healing and growth are not linear.
I’m ending this year knowing I may be “starting over” in some ways but I’m starting over with belief. Belief that I can do anything I put my mind to.
I don’t believe in “new year, new me.”
But I do believe in showing up for yourself especially when life is heavy.
2026, I want you to be personal.
Quiet growth. Consistency. Grace.
And loving myself a little harder in every season.
Still here. Still trying. Still becoming. ✨
