Cozy by the fire, lost in a good book, Rizo snuggled close. The calm. The quiet. The paw on my arm that melts my heart every single time 🤍🐾

It's time for us to come together and demand accountability. 🌎 ❤️ We must document wrongdoing responsibly. Demand justice through due process. The same rights and protections we demand for ourselves must be given to everyone. We must stand beside those whose freedoms are being threatened. I believe freedom survives when we participate, organize and care for one another. Our history doesn't just need powerful leaders. It needs responsible, compassionate people willing to stand together for our nation. Let the world see what happens when we choose humanity over profit. That's how we make way for life. Join Us. 100 dage.

SPEED WORKOUT… BUT MAKE IT DURING THE NYC MARATHON 🗽🍎🏅 WOW wow wow, my face genuinely hurts from smiling non stop. 🥹 I feel like this race gave me a new found love for running. You guys made me feel SO special out there & I am SO thankful for each and everyone of you who cheered for me yesterday!! 🥹 Really shocked myself with this one. Didn’t look at my elapsed pace or average pace the entire 26.2 miles. I just focused on my speed workout, posting on my story in real time lol (had to share this experience with you guys), & truly having FUN!!! 🥳 Needed this confidence boost sooo bad going into CIM. 😌 3:16:18 & BQ #6 Thank you SO much for this opportunity @endorphinsrunning & @newbalance 🥺 As always, you can use code MAKAYLA for 2 weeks free training! ⚡️ WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY!!!
