Yogurt & Beetroot

Ingredients:
• 1 medium beet, grated
• 10–15 tbsp strained or Greek yogurt (depending on your desired thickness)
• 2 tbsp walnuts
• 1 clove garlic, grated
• Salt to taste

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients well, transfer to a serving dish, and decorate as you like.
I garnished mine with green onions 🌿
