Red Lentil Wrap

Ingredients:
• 1 cup red lentils (dry)
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Soak the lentils overnight. Then drain them and blend with one cup of water and the salt until smooth.
Heat a pan, pour a little of the mixture into it, and once the top sets and forms bubbles, flip it to cook the other side.

You can serve this wrap with anything you like.

Enjoy! 🌿✨

✨ Beet & Quinoa Wrap Recipe😋

Ingredients:
• 1 cup quinoa
• 1 ½ cups water
• 1 small beet
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions:
1. Soak 1 cup of quinoa for 8 hours, then rinse it very well.
2. Cook the beet using your preferred method. I wrapped mine in foil and cooked it in the air fryer for 30 minutes.
3. Add the quinoa, cooked beet, salt, and water to a blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until smooth and runny.
4. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes, then mix in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
5. Heat a non-stick pan well. Pour a thin layer of the batter into the pan and spread it out gently.
6. Cook it completely on one side only — there’s no need to flip it.
7. Your healthy wrap is ready! Fill it with anything you like and enjoy 💚
