16yrs of unwavering consistency, discipline, movement, plenty of sleep, fruit, sprouts, plants, sunshine, fresh air, good hydration, free flow yoga, strength training, gratitude, zero toxins in and a whole lot of LOVE for this incredible body I’ve been gifted.

I don’t train because I hate how my body looks. I train because I absolutely LOVE my body, everything it does for me, every single second of every single day.

I train because loving the body, wanting the best for it, growing it stronger, not more toxic or lazy, is one very powerful way how we drive positive change in the world and I’m all about that!

The more I connect with nature, the more I realise just how much it gives us, how much our bodies are capable of, and how much of our health is influenced by the choices we make every day.

This isn’t about looking ripped. That’s just one visible result of a much deeper relationship I’ve developed with my body and nature.

For me, HEALTH is the greatest form of wealth, freedom and personal empowerment we can ever experience.

At 46, I’m still learning, still expanding, still experimenting and still absolutely fascinated by what this magnificent human body can do.

But fully committed to becoming the healthiest version of myself, at least at 1% healthier minimum every week without fail.
