We’re officially living in the future 🤯

Elon Musk just showed off what appears to be the next-gen Tesla Roadster flying through the air and flipping midair.

The footage looks straight out of a sci-fi movie. If Tesla can make this a reality, we’re in for something insane.

I can’t believe I pulled off this build in time but I absolutely love how simple and versatile it turned out. Comment “tray” if you want one too 🥰

Anxiety is something I’ve struggled with for a long time and I know a lot of people deal with things internally that nobody else would ever know about. Sometimes, just hearing someone else put an experience into words can make you feel a little less alone in your own.

We spend so much time thinking about how to make our bodies look better, move better, and become stronger. But I think taking care of our mental health deserves just as much attention.

That’s something I want to make more space for here. Fitness is the starting point, but I hope this community can be about more than that. A place where we can challenge ourselves, support each other and grow in ways that go beyond the physical.

That’s also a big part of why I’m building my app and this community. I want to make fitness more accessible and create something that helps people feel connected to something bigger than themselves.

I’m still figuring things out myself, but if sharing my experiences helps someone else feel a little less alone, then it’s worth it.

If you’d like to join me on this new platform for my next challenge in November, the details are in my bio, or comment CORE and I’ll send them your way.

Thanks for being part of this journey with me.

Did Lil Kim get booted from tour for playing video games???

PUSSYCAT Dolls have kicked rap star Lil’ Kim off their UK tour after a string of controversies.

The Lady Marmalade star, 52, won’t appear for the final night of the run at London’s O2 Arena later today, with the headline act fed-up of her unpredictable behaviour.

A source said: “Kim didn’t show up to their gig in Manchester on Saturday night, and it was all very last minute. It threw everything into chaos and a sign just went up at the last minute to say she wouldn’t be performing.
“As a result, she hasn’t been asked back for the closing night in London tonight, which was seen as the grand finale.

“Her not showing up in Manchester was really the final straw for team PCD, there had been a string of issues where she was challenging to work with.” The Sun has contacted representatives for the Pussycat Dolls and Lil’ Kim.

If your child is putting their hands on you or calling you out of your name, comment the word “WORRIED” and we will send you a link for our free live Masterclass Tuesday 7:30 PM Eastern
