A public service announcement about me going forward. Since I turned fifty I’ve had quite the change in mindset. This isn’t about people who comment on how others look on social media by the way, don’t give it a second thought. Don’t fill the comments on this post with discussions on what is appropriate or not, because it’s not about them. It’s about empowering myself to love my life. The beauty I travel the world with is untarnished by anyone else’s view of me. No one tells me how to look, or dress or be. So, however I look is who I am. Stronger, fitter and more confident than ever. You don’t need to tell me how I look, because I look magnificent.

Ladder in a Glass Bottle?

A wooden ladder wider than the opening of a glass bottle. How did I get it inside?
For the rungs, I used reed sticks made for aroma diffusers.
Boiling them in water makes them much more flexible, allowing them to bend significantly. I used this property to narrow the ladder, slip it into the bottle, and restore its original shape inside.
Finally, I filled the bottle with water to complete this little curiosity.
