One of the hardest things about having a best friend who lives far away is missing all the little moments you could have shared.

It’s not always about the big occasions.

Sometimes you just want to call them and say, “Are you free? Let’s go somewhere.”

Or show up at their door because you’ve had a long day and could really use their company.

Instead, you send messages, make phone calls, and try to find a time when you’re both available.

And while those conversations mean so much, some days you wish the distance didn’t exist.

That’s what makes long-distance friendships so bittersweet.

You’re grateful to have someone who still feels close to your heart, even when they’re miles away.

But you also wish you could be part of each other’s ordinary days a little more often.

I hope we get to spend more time together someday, without counting the days until we have to say goodbye again.

💌 Send this to the friend you wish lived closer.

I hope the family of Javits Frimpong receive the justice they deserve. I also hope we do better as people 🙏🏽🫀

You Can Buy an Ultra Cheap, Massive and Pristine $64 House in Japan for the Price of a Dinner Out ! 🇯🇵

You can own for cheap a huge country house in Japan for the price of a nice sushi dinner out 🍣 This spacious home sits in Akita Prefecture, on a green and quiet plot of 683㎡. Built in 1974, the two story wooden house offers an incredible 254㎡ of living space with 11 rooms, so you could easily create a warm family home with plenty of bedrooms, a home office, a workshop or guest rooms 🏡

Parking for 3 cars is already there, and the house is vacant, ready for its next chapter and the seller even estimates a potential rental income of around $3,400 per year 📈 Of course, a house from 1974 will need some love and renovation, and the sewage still uses an old tank system, but the house is in prestine condition, and the price leaves your whole budget for the work. Odate is the hometown of Hachiko, the famous loyal Akita dog, and of kiritanpo rice skewers 🐕 Snowy winters, green summers and true countryside peace await you here ❄️

Odate, Akita
$64 USD
10,000 Yen (JPY)
