DM or comment “PLAN” for a custom game plan to lose your next 20+ pounds in menopause 👇🏾

Ladies, if you’re over 35 and feel like the same foods and diets that helped you lose weight years ago aren’t working anymore, you’re not imagining things.

As estrogen levels decline during menopause, your body becomes more prone to storing fat around your midsection, while age-related muscle loss can make weight management more challenging.

And if you’re a busy professional spending most of your day sitting, skipping meals, or grabbing whatever’s convenient, getting enough protein can become even harder.

Protein helps you preserve muscle, manage hunger, and support fat loss when combined with the right nutrition and training plan.

I broke down five of my favorite protein sources, plus easy swaps if you’re picky.

Save this for your next grocery run.
