I spent years running, only to return right where I started.

Over the past few years, I chased arbitrary goals and slowly fell out of love with the life I worked so hard to build. Getting lost in chasing metrics and trends for other people, I took no time to develop myself, professionally or personally.

The people closest to me, my friends and family, pushed me to leave behind the doubt I carried about myself and my work and to create again in a way that I have been missing for a long time. The confidence to bring an idea from my head into reality without chasing anyone else’s vision but my own.

I know I am not alone in this. When it finally unfolds, you realize that while others can encourage you, the steps forward or backward are always yours to take. All they can do is stand beside you when fear shows up. Count on them. Do the same for them. Keep moving forward together.

Thank you for an incredible year of change, growth, and adventure. I have never been more excited for what comes next.
