📷UGC

I'm tired and literally sick. Repeated Racial Discrimination and Targeting by the Vilnius Municipality Employees and VASA Employees. The properties are land only and not inhabited except for by grass land which has been cut twice per year.  This discriminatory targeting has been reported numerous times. We do not have a contract with VASA. There is no real property. The billing only started because the village dunces and racists at Vilnius Municipality were reported for refusing to investigate dumping on my property by Lithuanians. The fines and fees are retaliatory. In addition to VASA bills, VMI via the employee's on this email have continuously engaged in racist targeting by issuing fines for garbage that is literally not there and for not upkeeping properties for which I have sent proof of being properly kept.  No one lived at any of the properties billed for. There has been ZERO HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE. THESE BILLS ARE WRONGLY APPLIED. I reported them to the Ombudsman and obviously nothing has been done.
That's why you always gotta inspect the signs in China. My neighbors at the community garden are not messing around about their water, thank god it wasn't me who took it. #foreignerinchina #learnchinese #urbanfarming #guerrillagardening #chengdu
