The Fairfield Police Department has identified the victims of last night’s shooting. Constance Hages, a 31-year-old female, has been identified as the victim who passed away from gunshot wounds. Family members have also informed detectives Hages was pregnant at the time of her death. This information will be confirmed following an examination by the Solano County Coroner. Our thoughts and prayers remain with the victim’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. The victims who remain in critical condition have been identified as a 16-year-old male, a 19-year-old male, and a 32-year-old male. A 23-year-old male remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition. Two additional victims, a 19-year-old male and a 43-year-old male, received treatment for gunshot wounds and have since been released from the hospital. We encourage anyone from the community who has information to contact the Fairfield Police Department at 707-428-7600 or email 1030mall@fairfield.ca.gov. North Korean state-sponsored hackers linked to the TraderTraitor group (an elite unit associated with Lazarus) have been attributed by blockchain firms TRM Labs and Chainalysis, with high confidence, as responsible for draining roughly $6.3–6.4 billion from Binance hot wallets. The theft, the largest cryptocurrency heist on record, occurred on October 29, 2026, with most of the funds moved across ten blockchains in about 20 minutes via compromised signing infrastructure (reportedly starting with an engineer’s laptop), mirroring tactics from prior North Korea-linked attacks such as the $1.5 billion Bybit hack. Binance confirmed the security incident, suspended withdrawals, worked with partners to freeze around $3 billion in assets, and pledged to fully cover user losses using company funds. *Polymarketpartner
