Abhishek Malhan, aka Fukra Insaan, shared some thought-provoking views on the current reality show culture during a podcast with Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi. Speaking about the ongoing Bigg Boss scene, he said, “Aaj kal aisa ban gaya hai ki reality show mein agar aap ladai-jhagda karte ho toh aap sigma ho, jo ki bahut galat hai.” 💯 His statement highlights how fights, arguments and aggressive behaviour are increasingly being perceived as signs of strength and a winning game. But shouldn't reality shows be about showcasing one's real personality, talent and entertainment quotient rather than glorifying unnecessary conflicts? Abhishek's take has certainly sparked an important conversation about what audiences celebrate in reality TV. 👀🔥 . . . Follow:- @tcx.official . . . Comment Timex for the links ! If you are into any exercise routine, you know that the step count is all that matters on a day to day basis and this is exactly that. I a gadget averse when it comes to fitness tracking coz I don’t want another decide to charge. This does the job for me. Accuracy is at 85-90 percent compared to steps from the iPhone Thoughts?

CIA Case Officer’s Every Day Carry - You can tell a lot by a man by what he carries. I believe an EDC should be functional. Everything should serve a purpose, but also an expression of your interests.

The reality is, no one else should see your EDC. These are my essentials, depending on what I can get away with. If you have met me in person, whether in Coronado, Richmond or Dubai, I had some combination of the above on my person, and the watch is the only thing visible.

I would argue that 300 in cash is the most important, and it’s free.

Sometimes, the hardest part of being unwell isn’t just what happens to your body. It’s what happens to the world around you. The conversations that fade. The friendships that become distant. The people who don’t know what to say, so they say nothing at all. I wanted to write about this, not to blame anyone, but because I believe we need to talk about it. I am privileged to have the space to process my emotions, reflect on my experience and put some of it into words. But I often think about people facing a life-changing diagnosis in circumstances far harsher than mine. People in oncology and haematology wards who may not even have a proper bed, let alone the comfort, privacy or infection precautions they need. If navigating the emotional weight of this journey is difficult for me, with the privileges and support I have, I cannot help but wonder how much harder it must be for them. I would never wish this journey on anyone. But having to experience it myself has taught me how much it matters to feel seen, remembered and included. Sometimes, it really is the smallest things. A message asking how I am. An unexpected phone call. An invitation for a cup of tea. A conversation about absolutely nothing. Keep making plans. Keep including them. And remember the people caring for them, too. Partners, parents, siblings and caregivers need their people, too. I started sharing my journey because I wanted the world to know that I am more than my diagnosis. Perhaps part of that journey is also using my voice to help others understand what illness can mean beyond the physical symptoms. If sharing my experience helps even one person feel less alone, or helps someone learn how to show up for a friend, then perhaps something meaningful can come from all of this. We are people before we become patients. We are people while we are patients. And we will always be more than our diagnosis. 🫂
