The Tesla Roadster is an electric sports car that Tesla first showed as a prototype in 2017, promising production by 2020, but nearly nine years and several delays later, no customer has received one. The redesigned version was finally unveiled on October 15, 2026, at a SpaceX test site in Texas, where it used compressed air thrusters to launch off a ramp and flip in midair, and Tesla claimed it can go from 0 to 60 mph in under a second. Production has not started yet, and the reported price is between 200,000 and 250,000 dollars.

This new Roadster feels less like a car and more like a direct descendant of the dreams we plastered on our walls. Think Countach, think SR-71, think of that perfect, impossible wedge shape that defined a generation's idea of speed and aspiration. Tesla has taken those iconic lines and infused them with an almost aerospace precision. It’s a monument to a world we're leaving behind, built by the very hand that’s ushering us forward. A fitting, almost poetic, contradiction. Where does a car like this truly belong. Read the full article on MenWith.com @teslamotors
