40 is here… and honestly, how did we get here?! 😂 But we out here.

Grateful for the crew that showed up, the friends who pushed me outside my comfort zone, and all the unexpected moments that make life what it is. The highs, the lows, the plot twists, all of it. Wouldn’t trade the journey.

Here’s to a new decade, good people, new experiences, and a hell of a year ahead. 🥂✨

There is so much discourse around # vitamin deficiencies, and while it’s absolutely prevalent… your diet and supplements can seriously change the numbers. Since I’m inconsistent with my intake, I was really happy that conscious diet choices, like drinking more soy milk and eating eggs, also pushed that number up.

This is the first time in my life I’ve had a great GP, and it's honestly life-changing. I message him with health questions instead of going online, and I get good advice that DOES NOT come with fear or an affiliate link.

I want this for everyone ❤️. I can share my fav foods and supplements if you’re interested, but I don’t want this video to be about that. #vitamind
