Good💕

For over a decade, so much of my life revolved around building my physique. My training, my routines, my goals. I could go to the gym whenever I wanted, stay as long as I needed, and dedicate as much time to myself as I chose.

And honestly? I loved that chapter of my life. But becoming a mom has been the most beautiful chapter yet. 🤍

That doesn’t mean I don’t sometimes miss the freedom I once had. The ability to put myself first without thinking twice. To train without watching the clock. To have time that was entirely my own.

Motherhood comes with a responsibility that doesn’t switch off when you’re tired, overwhelmed or simply need a moment to yourself.

And learning to accept that my life would never look quite the same again has been an adjustment.

I want to be a strong, healthy, confident woman. Not just for myself, but for the little girl who’s going to grow up watching me.

I want her to see a mom who takes care of herself, who works hard for her goals, but who also knows that her worth goes far beyond her reflection in the mirror.

to know me is to know that I laugh at everything
