These type of messages aren’t rare- they’re just usually private
Most people I know aren’t lost.
They’re active. Thoughtful. Building something.
But there’s this quiet moment where you realize:
you’ve talked to a lot of people…
and somehow nothing really changed.
Not because you’re doing it wrong.
Just because effort without alignment doesn’t compound.
Once you notice that gap, you start looking at people — and conversations — differently
