Made the viral 6 day star blanket by @bettymcknit 🧶

It didn't take me 6 days to make this blanket (took me around 7 months actually 😅)
I started this blanket in June 2026 but then it went back into a tote bag and sat there for 6 months. I made this blanket for my eldest niece and she requested a pink blanket (she absolutely adores it ♥️)

Making a blanket in the round was definitely a experience, once the blanket grew in size, it got tiring trying to complete a round. The pattern itself was easy to follow, it took me a while to get used to it but eventually I got the gist of it, anytime I had some difficulty I took help from @bettymcknit YouTube tutorial. This was a fun project but definitely a tiring one ... haha 😆

I did add a couple rows on half double crochet and a picot border as a finishing touch to this blanket.

I used Alize Batik Yarn and a size 4 and 5 hook to make this blanket.
