On August 11th, 1991, Nickelodeon changed the animation world forever with its new labeling of original cartoons, NickToons. While Ren & Stimpy and Rugrats were big enough names to help push the new brand on the cable network, Doug Funnie made for a solid part of this trinity. Nickelodeon’s Doug would net well over one hundred episodes, making the surprising leap from Paramount’s kids’ network to Disney’s ABC. With years of stories in the past, the creator of the beloved animated show has a new idea for where the series could go next, giving us our first look at what an adult Doug would look like. Creator Jim Jinkins might not have officially worked on any new Doug stories since the series ended in 1999, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t thinking of ways for this universe to make a comeback. Recently, via social media, Jinkins revealed the first details for a potential Doug sequel titled “Doug Kids.” This series would have seen Funnie and his friends as adults with families of their own. Not only was Jinkins thinking about bringing this concept to series, but he had also actually pitched Disney Television Animation on the idea in 2019. The project, according to Jim, was scrapped in 2021, with Disney passing on the idea. Credit: @comicbook #doug #new #cartoon #throwback #90s
🚀🤯 Tesla just pulled off one of the craziest car demonstrations ever. During the reveal of its new Roadster, the car drove straight up a vertical ramp, stopped completely upside down, then launched off the top, flipped through the air, and landed safely on all four wheels. It uses powerful suction fans to stick to the ramp and SpaceX-developed thrusters to control its movement in mid-air. Tesla also claims the new Roadster can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 0.81 seconds. After nearly nine years of waiting, this is what Tesla showed the world.

😱 He Cut Off the Wrong Finger After a Snake Bite! 🐍 Imagine being bitten by a snake and, in a panic, cutting off your own finger to stop the venom! 😨 That’s what reportedly happened to one man. But the shocking twist? Doctors later told him the snake wasn’t venomous—and he had even cut off the wrong finger! 🚨 The important lesson: Never try to cut off a body part or suck out venom after a snakebite. These actions can cause severe injuries without stopping the venom. ✅ Stay as calm as possible. ✅ Move away from the snake and keep the bitten limb still. ✅ Seek emergency medical care immediately. ❌ Never cut the wound, apply ice, or use a tourniquet. 🐍 A snakebite can be frightening, but panic can make the situation even more dangerous. Share this to help spread awareness! #SnakeBite #SnakeFacts #MedicalFacts #DidYouKnow #ShockingFacts
