Zdrava ishrana je važna, ali da li je dovoljna da nas zaštiti od raka? ❤️ Govorim iz ličnog iskustva. #rak #zdravlje #prevencija #fyp #balkan

Somehow…through hardships untold and Getty Images unnumbered…this man has been my constant companion for 12 years. For 12 years I have come home to him, slept next to him, cried in his arms and laughed in his arms. Shared everything with him. from the moment we met at a movie premiere to the many times I lost my car in Hollywood parking garages and he stayed with me until I found it (like ryan gosling in La La Land but without the passive aggressive tap dancing), he has been there. The immovable object of my life.
I love you, Kyle. I love you so much that those words don’t even feel like enough. My very soul is entwined with yours and the two can never be separated.

Happy anniversary 💕

(Fun fact: the very last photo in this carousel is the very first photo we ever took together, on August 12, 2014, after a night spent trying - and failing- to watch the Perseid meteor shower. It was taken at a pub called Tipple and Brine, which no longer exists, but the only thing I remember other than Kyle was that they had amazing Mac and cheese)

This 10-Second Test Predicts How Long You’ll Live…

Can you balance on one leg for 10 seconds? Your answer may predict how long you will live. A major study followed more than 13,000 older adults for seven years and found that four simple physical tests, things you can do right now in your living room with just a sturdy chair, forecast survival with startling accuracy.
Performing well on them was linked to a 42% to 59% lower risk of dying over the next seven years. The single strongest predictor was not your cholesterol or your blood pressure. It was how your body moves.
Here is what most people miss: your annual checkup measures you sitting perfectly still. But real survival depends on how your brain, nerves, heart, and muscles work together the moment you stand, turn, or catch yourself from a fall. That function often waves a red flag years before any blood test does.
In this video I walk you through all four tests, the exact numbers to hit for your age, and why walking five miles a day will NOT save you from a fall.
Try the balance test and comment your time below.
