Legally Blonde actress Selma Blair has been accused of assault after she allegedly attacked attendants on a flight from Los Angeles to New York. Two flight attendants were hurt and one was taken to hospital, the New York Port Authority said. Blair was arrested and taken to hospital. Her publicist told the BBC she had "experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct". According to the BBC's US media partner, CBS News, Blair is also accused of kicking a police officer in the ambulance and assaulting a nurse at the hospital. The actress has pleaded not guilty to two counts of second-degree assault, in relation to the alleged incidents in the ambulance and hospital. Healy Pass Wild Atlantic Drift is LIVE! 3.3KM of narrow mountain road, linking 44 corners from the bottom to the top in my @fordracing Mustang RTR. Growing up, my dad and brothers competed on these roads in Ford Escort rally cars, so being able to take the Mustang here and do something that’s never been done before is pretty special. After months of planning, we pulled off the entire shoot in just 5 hours. Super proud of our entire team, and I’m so excited for you all to see how this turned out! Go check it out full video live on YT- link in bio/stories

😂 @kazakh_inform⬅️✅
What a win.
3.5 Years ago Can powerlifter also do calisthenics? The SAID Principle (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands). Your body adapts exactly to the types of stress you place on it. If you want to lift heavier, you have to lift heavy. If you want to run faster, you have to sprint. If you want to master body weight skill movements (muscle ups, front lever, back lever), you can do it all as long as you train for it. I was still deadlifting 280 Kg at that time (220 Kg Squat, 120 Kg bench).
