Just a girl and her New England fall 🍂🎃🤎

#fallvibes #fall #foliage #newengland

i love creating, dressing up, discovering beautiful places and sharing little moments of my life here.

but sometimes i wonder… would i still want all of this if nobody was watching?

and i think that’s a question worth asking ourselves.

because life should feel just as good offline as it looks online🤍

would you?

🚨| Hansi Flick’s press conference ahead of the UCL clash against Galatasaray:

🎙️ | Hansi Flick on Galatasaray:
“Galatasaray has one of the best stadium atmospheres in the world. It’s incredible. Their fans support them, and they play well against big teams. We must defend as a unit. That’s what I want to see.”

🎙️ | Hansi Flick on Barça being the best team:
“Being called the best team in the world isn’t pressure; it’s the result of our work in training. The dressing room atmosphere is fantastic. Tomorrow will be difficult. In football, things can change quickly.”

🎙️ | Hansi Flick on Real Madrid’s refereeing complaints:
“I hope one day you’ll learn that I NEVER answer questions about Real Madrid when we’re not facing them. We’re preparing for Galatasaray, and we must respect them. I don’t want to talk about Madrid. We have to focus on our own match. Sorry for not answering.”

🎙️ | Hansi Flick on Gabriel Jesus:
“He’s ready. We’ll decide if he plays after training. We’re very satisfied with him. His LEVEL has been a small surprise for us. His attitude is fantastic, and he’s an excellent footballer.”

🎙️ | Hansi Flick on winning against Galatasaray:
“We want to win, that’s our objective. I’d be happy with a 1-0 victory. It’s not easy to play against Galatasaray, especially away from home.”

🎙️ | Hansi Flick on Barcelona’s hunger:
“Of course, we have that hunger, and I share it with the team. Many players have won the World Cup, and we wanted to see if they still had that hunger. They do. The road is long, but we must work hard for our fans and families.”

🎙️ | Hansi Flick on Barça being Champions League favourites:
“It’s an honour to be in this position. We’re working very hard, but the road to the final is still long. We must approach every match with the same mentality as at the start of the season, while maintaining control of the ball.”

35 DAYS until I step onto a bikini fitness competition stage 🍑🙈 and I still have around 18kg I’d ultimately like to lose.

I started this 165 days out, 30kg overweight.

I’m a mum of two. And for YEARS I’ve said: “I’m going to lose the weight.” And I HAVE lost it before.

Quite a few times actually

But I always ended up putting it back on.

Because I’d lose the weight, celebrate being finished with my diet, and then go straight back to living exactly how I did before.

I didn’t change my habits, relationship with food or get rid of the excuses.

And then wonder why I ended up back where I started.

What if instead of trying to lose 30kg, I focused on becoming the woman who naturally lives 30kg lighter?

The woman who enjoys walking, Who strength trains, Who eats her protein and whole foods, Who doesn’t need to spend every evening on the sofa eating crap.

Who actually ENJOYS looking after herself.

Because I don’t want to spend the rest of my life fighting myself to stay a certain size.

I want these things to become so normal that I don’t even think about them anymore.

Like brushing my teeth.

And I’m starting to feel that happening.

34 days left.

Am I going to look how I imagined on that stage?

I genuinely don’t know 😂

But I’m not going back to the woman who started this 131 days ago.

Because the goal was never really to finish another diet.

It was to NEVER NEED ANOTHER ONE.

Follow along because we’ve still got 34 days to see what happens 🍑🙈
