Looking back, it’s amazing to see how God was writing our story long before we ever met. Logan and I have incredibly similar testimonies, and it’s so clear now that He was preparing us for one another all along.

Logan and I met at a young adults event at our church, and before I had ever even spoken to Logan, I pointed at him and told my friends, “That’s my future husband.” They laughed and then proceeded to practically force me to go talk to him. One conversation turned into another and before the night was over, Logan asked for my number.

Over the next few weeks, we spent hours talking about our faith, our lives, and everything God had done in our stories. After our first date, we both walked away knowing there was something different about this. Deep down, we knew God had brought us together and that we had found the person we were meant to spend the rest of our lives with.

Since then, we’ve spent our days serving Jesus, camping, hiking, rock climbing, working out, and making memories together. Somewhere along the way, my future husband became my best friend.

Logan, you are one of God’s greatest blessings in my life. I thank Him every day for bringing me the most wonderful man, my biggest supporter, my future husband, and one day, an incredible father. I can’t wait to be your wife in 77 days. 🤍

This is the shocking body cam footage from Hampshire Police.

We can clearly hear Henry Nowak’s pleas for help because he couldn’t breathe.

And then we can see how the police dismissed him, arrested him and failed to take action to try to save his life.

This is not just about knife crime. This is about poor police training, leadership and an unforgivable failure by those entrusted to keep us all safe.

And we’ve got to be honest: it’s about anti-white racism.

Who will be held to account for this failure?
