S28 Real Estate

Flip #1 SOLD 🏡🔑✅

Purchased: Oct 17 | Listed: Dec 18 | Sold: Jan 16

This one had it all: excitement, miscommunication, delays, disagreements, over budget… and a LOT of stress 😅

Worked harder than ever, learned more than any book could teach 🙏🏽💡
Not perfect. Not smooth. But we closed, profited 💰, and couldn’t be prouder of the result.

First remodel ever… and proud of how it turned out. On to the next one 🚀
