I'm 50year old born and raised in sydney I've frequently fished the waters from Bundeena to Norah Head for the last 10 years reeling sharks every couple of weeks , mako,s bullsharks , hammer heads , juvenile whites ,grey nurse sharks , over the last 2 years pulling in 2 to 3 per week easy , also when I was 5 years my old man was good mates with A.J Bush owner of the Homebush Abattoirs Meat works , I remember couple of bull dozers pushing cow carcasses into Parramatta river seeing bull sharks in the dozens thrashing up on the banks dragging bones from cows back into the river
