Shark Sports x CrossFit 244 collab and you already know it was one to remember 🔥

@thelesliedaggy came into the tank like, “Let’s just bang arms dude” 😂 and honestly how do you even say no to that? So yeah, we absolutely mashed arms for a full hour and it was glorious.

I always have a blast training with Leslie. The vibes are always on point and she’s just an all around solid lifter. I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to say it, there’s something special about working with high level lifters. You can go so much deeper into execution and intention and that always carries over into superior progress.

This was technically a late birthday workout I owed her but it turned into a really good catch up too. Both of us running gyms, both in the trenches, both on the same wavelength. She’s holding it down over at @two_forty_four and it’s always dope connecting with someone who truly understands what goes into this side of the game. Like minded peeps stick together.
