My only goal is to make sure that when @biilllllllii comes of age, that I can make her feel as special as she made me feel for my birthday this last year. SHE TOOK ME TO @kaskade FOR MY BIRTHDAY!
The best friend held it down for me this last year and got me through it all.
Happy Birthday, mummy! ILYSM!!!

On Sunday, March 1st, I was informed via email that my position at 244 was terminated, effective the following day.
After 15 years of immense dedication, my role was abruptly severed. The feelings afterwards were pretty soul shattering. It felt like such a huge loss in my life. From showing up at 244, almost daily, for 15 years to, “we can discuss what coaching looks like moving forward, but all your classes are covered this week,” was a huge shift for me...my world was flipped.

To my 244 family, thank you all for the memories, and thank you for trusting me with your health and fitness goals.
It is such an honor when someone chooses you to help guide them on the journey of fitness and well being through their life.
Health and movement are concepts that I value as the most important aspects of life. I truly treasure the opportunity to help others and I loved my time there doing exactly that. It felt incredibly meaningful and worthwhile.

The memories created there will last forever and I am so fortunate for the long lasting friendships. The people that were my friends, are still my friends now.

Thank you all for all the messages, the calls, the coffee dates, the follow ups…thank you for carrying me through this.

I’m eager to get back to work- doing what I love. ❤️‍🔥 by @thelesliedaggy

Shark Sports x CrossFit 244 collab and you already know it was one to remember 🔥

@thelesliedaggy came into the tank like, “Let’s just bang arms dude” 😂 and honestly how do you even say no to that? So yeah, we absolutely mashed arms for a full hour and it was glorious.

I always have a blast training with Leslie. The vibes are always on point and she’s just an all around solid lifter. I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to say it, there’s something special about working with high level lifters. You can go so much deeper into execution and intention and that always carries over into superior progress.

This was technically a late birthday workout I owed her but it turned into a really good catch up too. Both of us running gyms, both in the trenches, both on the same wavelength. She’s holding it down over at @two_forty_four and it’s always dope connecting with someone who truly understands what goes into this side of the game. Like minded peeps stick together.

Great work, great energy, great vibes 💪🏽
We’ll definitely be doing this again soon. Thanks for pumping 🙌🏽
