After 15 years of immense dedication, my role was abruptly severed. The feelings afterwards were pretty soul shattering. It felt like such a huge loss in my life. From showing up at 244, almost daily, for 15 years to, “we can discuss what coaching looks like moving forward, but all your classes are covered this week,” was a huge shift for me...my world was flipped.
To my 244 family, thank you all for the memories, and thank you for trusting me with your health and fitness goals.
It is such an honor when someone chooses you to help guide them on the journey of fitness and well being through their life.
Health and movement are concepts that I value as the most important aspects of life. I truly treasure the opportunity to help others and I loved my time there doing exactly that. It felt incredibly meaningful and worthwhile.
The memories created there will last forever and I am so fortunate for the long lasting friendships. The people that were my friends, are still my friends now.
Thank you all for all the messages, the calls, the coffee dates, the follow ups…thank you for carrying me through this.

You were the life line, the heart and soul of 244, the reason I stayed and the reason now not to return. I cannot wait to see where this life journey takes you. I’m floored by the unprofessional callus nature of these circumstances no one deserves that.

One of my fave gym memories was that one day we were doing bar MUs and even with the big box and all the plates I was so terrified of trying. You made me believe I could do it and then I wasn't scared anymore. Thanks for being such an amazing hype woman for me (and Zia!) your presence and energy are missed! ✨
