In my mama’s dress 🖤

This is not about comparing my then and now, because I’m fully aware of what my goals were back then and what they are today. When you lose fat, you lose it from all over your body, not just one specific area. Ultimately, it all depends on your goals. If your goal is to achieve flatter abs and a leaner physique, you have to understand that your body will change in many ways throughout the process. Sometimes, focusing on one goal may mean compromising on certain aspects of your physique. And the main thing is, getting ripped is the harder part, but you can always work your way back toward your previous physique whenever you choose to. As a girl, certain changes in your body might feel a little different , and that’s completely okay. But you know why you started this journey and what you want to achieve in this phase of your life. Your body changes, your priorities change, and your goals evolve as you grow. Every stage of your journey has a different purpose, and every version of you deserves to be embraced, respected, and celebrated. It’s not about comparing who you were then to who you are now; it’s about appreciating the journey, trusting your choices, and understanding that you’re allowed to have different goals at different stages of your life.
