They survived Thanos, but five minutes of roasting each other nearly destroyed the Avengers.

Some celebrity interviews are entertaining. Others make you realize two of Hollywood's biggest stars have the exact same friendship dynamic as you and your most chaotic best friend.

And Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson gave us absolute comedy gold.

During the Avengers: Endgame (2019) press tour, the two Marvel stars appeared on BBC Radio 1's legendary "Playground Insults" challenge.

The rules were simple.

Sit across from each other. Deliver the most savage insults possible. And try not to laugh.

Sounds easy, right?

Absolutely not.

Scarlett immediately attacks Chris's appearance, confidently declaring that he's ugly.

Chris fires back by questioning her inner beauty.

And suddenly, the friendly interview becomes an all-out roast battle.

But the funniest part?

They get increasingly personal.

Scarlett starts criticizing Chris's collection of grandma cardigans, questions why he spends so much time in hair and makeup, and even compares his massive biceps to Thanksgiving turkeys.

Meanwhile, Chris starts questioning Scarlett's intelligence and even wonders whether she knows how to spell her own name.

THE DISRESPECT.

And somehow, neither of them can stop laughing.

What makes this iconic Marvel interview so unforgettable isn't just the hilarious insults.

It's the genuine chemistry.

Chris Hemsworth, who plays Thor, and Scarlett Johansson, who portrays Natasha Romanoff, spent years working together in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

And watching them completely abandon their professional interview personalities feels like witnessing two siblings who have been waiting years to embarrass each other.

The perfectly timed reactions. The uncontrollable laughter. The way every insult somehow becomes more ridiculous than the last.

Absolutely legendary.

Sometimes the funniest celebrity moments happen when nobody is trying to look cool.

Just two incredibly talented actors being completely ridiculous together.

Save this hilarious Avengers interview or share it with the friend you could roast for hours and still love afterward.
