At the Milo Islamabad Marathon 2026, participant safety was our top priority.
As the Official Health Partner, Shifa International Hospitals Limited provided comprehensive medical coverage across the entire route, including 5 main health stations, trained medical staff and physiotherapists on motorbikes, and 3 fully equipped ambulances positioned strategically to ensure immediate response.
From start line to finish line, our teams alongside Shifa’s dedicated medical professionals worked together to deliver a safe and seamless race experience for all.
