My health has been up and down — but I’m in a good place.
Still getting tired.

I’ve been turning inward.
Being with my family.
Reworking identity frameworks that are genuinely shifting me at a cellular level.

I’m training again.
Getting stronger.
Balancing intensity with rest so I don’t override my immune system.
No more proving. No more punishing pace.

There’s also new love.
New energy.
A different frequency of relating.

And as the world feels loud —
war, politics, revelations, corruption surfacing —

I feel something very clear:

Now more than ever, we must know our own minds.
Our own values.
Our own truth.

Protect our families.
Teach our children discernment.
Lead from the inside.

I have always known the shadows exist in this world.
But I refuse to let darkness dictate my nervous system.

We do not need to live in reaction.
We need to live in alignment.

The Fire Horse energy is not chaos.

It is power directed.
It is passion with discipline.
It is sovereignty with heart.

This is not the year to tolerate what is not loving.
Not kind.
Not prosperous.
Not nurturing.

We don’t “push through” anymore.

We choose environments, relationships, and rhythms that feel clean.

Overt striving bores me now.
Hustle for validation is old energy.

Yes, I still desire.
Yes, I still want to contribute.
Yes, I am building.

But I am orchestrating it differently.

From strength.
From clarity.
From nervous system safety.
From values.

The real power now isn’t louder.
It’s deeper.

It’s choosing your standards.
It’s protecting your peace.
